1. Orders and Payments

• Orders can be placed via our website, email, text/call, social media, or direct message.

• Payment is required when order is placed.

• We accept credit/debit cards, cash, Venmo, and Zelle.

2. Pickup and Delivery

• Pickup is available at designated locations as specified when ordering.

• We offer local delivery with distance-based fees. Unclaimed orders will not be refunded.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations must be requested within one hour of placing the initial order.

• Our products are perishable; we do not offer refunds.

5. Allergies and Food Safety

• Our products may contain allergens and the customer is responsible for reviewing ingredient information before ordering.

• Our products are produced in a home kitchen that may come in contact with common food allergens and pet allergens and is not subject to public health inspection. www.azdhs.gov/cottagefood

6. Liability

• We are not responsible for any food allergies/sensitivities resulting from our products.

• After pickup or delivery, we are no longer responsible for storage conditions affecting product quality.
